Day 1
Pre-work for Live Day 1:
- Watch Pre-Recorded Webinar: Finding a Family Advisor & Local Landscape to Support Trauma and Resilience-Informed Care (slides are here)
- Begin building your Local Community Landscape with this treasure hunt worksheet (instructions are in the recording above) to prepare for live discussion
- If not already completed, finish Current Survey Assessment (one per practice QI team)
LIVE Day 1 Session: 9/30 at 3:30-5:30PM:
- Practice Introductions and Collaboration Building
- Asking About Trauma, Adversity, and Social Determinants of Health Questions
- Discussion on the Local Landscape to Support Trauma and Resilience-Informed Care
Day 2
Pre-work for Live Day 2:
- Watch Institute for Healthcare Improvement: Dr. Mike Evans An Illustrated Look at Quality Improvement (8 minutes)
- Familiarize yourself with and begin filling out the ASHEW PDSA worksheet: PDSA Worksheet (download the file)
- Here are instructions: ASHEW PDSA PDF Form Directions Final
- Will be due on October 20th
- When ready to submit AFTER Live Day 2, hit the SUBMIT FORM button at the top right of the document AND upload to the Basecamp site under PDSA forms for California-Chapter 1 under the current month
- (Optional) View Slides on a Quality Improvement Project taking place at UCSF Pediatric Residency Program
