DPMG Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Full-Time Outpatient Pediatrician to join our growing, mission-driven multidisciplinary healthcare organization serving communities throughout the Coachella Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate, and community-focused pediatric care in a collaborative and innovative practice environment.
The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric services, including preventive care, wellness visits, immunizations, chronic disease management, same-day sick visits, sports and school physicals, developmental screenings, and coordination of specialty care services. Physicians will work closely with our multidisciplinary team consisting of Internal Medicine physicians, Family Medicine physicians, Pediatricians, Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, and Community Health Workers to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
DPMG Health is actively engaged in community outreach and mobile medical initiatives focused on improving healthcare access for underserved populations. Providers may have opportunities to participate in school-based clinics, vaccination events, community wellness programs, mobile medical clinics, and collaborative public health initiatives throughout the region.
As an organization committed to medical education and healthcare workforce development, the Pediatrician will also have opportunities to work with and mentor medical students and other healthcare learners in clinical and community-based settings.
