The AAP California Chapter 1 Committee on Substance Use and Prevention (COSUP) advances the health of children and adolescents by:

  • Promoting evidence-based clinical practice and education for AAP-CA1 members
  • Serving as a trusted resource for families and patients
  • Partnering with communities and advocating for equitable access to prevention and treatment across California
