VICTORIA CHI, MD – Advocacy Committee Trainee Co-Chair
Victoria Chi is a pediatric resident at Stanford. She was born and raised in New York. She then attended Dartmouth College for her undergraduate studies, where she double majored in political science and biology. She spent a year working on public health initiatives at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in New York City before moving west to complete medical school at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). At UCSF, she served as a student director of a free clinic for people experiencing homelessness. When she came to Stanford for residency, she served as the AAP representative for her residency class. She is passionate about working on interventions to address social determinants of health throughout her career. Throughout her training, she has been engaged in food security interventions both locally and globally, including traveling to Kenya to work on food security research and initiatives. In her free time, she loves hiking, baking, and traveling.
