Join us for a conversation with Dr. Monika Roy, Assistant Health Officer and Communicable Disease Controller for the County of Santa Clara Public Health Department. Dr. Roy will present a brief, 10-minute update on the County’s efforts over many months to enroll pediatricians and family medicine doctors as COVID-19 vaccine providers, as well as information on what’s to come with vaccines for children ages 6 months to 4 years. An open question-and-answer session and discussion will follow, focused on the status of local COVID-19 vaccine provider enrollment in the context of declining participation in the federal government’s Vaccines For Children program and your suggestions.
